We have a cancellation policy
that helps us keep things running smoothly.

When you book your appointment at House of Electrolysis you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call or text us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advance notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment time. A no show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling.
There is no charge for cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours notice of your appointment time.
Less than 24 hours notice cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no shows will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Please notify us if you expect to be late. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but your appointment will still need to end at the scheduled time and the full service fee will still be required.
Late Policy:
Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be seen for the remaining portion of the appointment and will be charged in full.
Occasional delays or schedule changes happen; however, chronic lateness, repeated cancellations, or frequent rescheduling may result in removal from my schedule so I can make space for clients who are able to maintain consistent appointments.
If you arrive late to a 5-minute appointment, the session may be terminated.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to a 15-minute appointment, the session may be terminated.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to any appointment length, the session may be terminated.
